We agree that this agreement is interpreted and regulated in accordance with the laws of its SA and, to the extent that a court is competent for any matter which, as a result of or as part of this agreement, becomes a problem between us, we both agree with the jurisdiction of the Magistrate Court of SA. You acknowledge that you enter into the full agreement as a result of your own requests and that you do not rely on a statement, assurance or commitment on our part or on our behalf, which is not expressly stipulated in this Agreement or in our other Terms and Conditions.
